Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW :
- To provide a warm welcome to KFHMB customers and act as the first point of contact for branch visitors. Direct customers to the right area within the bank for assistance and ensure that customer satisfaction is enhanced and services meet customer expectations.
- To provide relevant branch operations and support duties being assigned from time to time.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
Strategic Contribution
- Execution of business activities effectively and efficiently based on plans and targets cascaded.
Customer Reception
- Meet and greet customers in KFHMB branches to ensure that the customers are provided with a warm welcome and are directed to the relevant area(s) within the bank.
- Provide fast, accurate, efficient and courteous services in order to deliver satisfying customer service to each visitor.
- Receive visiting customer enquiries, provide advice on the right function to consult and ensure that customers are introduced and connected to the right functions within the bank to follow up on their enquiries.
Branch Operations & Support
- Ensuring KYC/AMLA for account opening at all times
- Perform accurate and error free transactions
- Performing over the counter transactions efficiently
- Meeting approved functional policies, processes, procedures
- Meeting audit/ compliance/Risk/Shariah requirement at all times
