1. PRODUCT SUPPORT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Looking after KCMM Sabah Parts & Service Department Operation including sales activities
2. Handling the warranty system and warranty process flow
3. Service activity planning and analysis including visiting customers and their work sites
4. Technical support to the customers, branches, dealers and internal sales team
5. Able to conduct the product and technical training in English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Ensure compliance to the agreed codes, company policies and legislation
7. Adhere to the procedures including health, safety and the schedule waste
KELAYAKAN:
Untuk memohon, bakal calon perlu pastikan mereka memenuhi semua kriteria kelayakan yang ditentukan oleh majikan. Untuk jawatan yang ditawarkan oleh syarikat ini, kelayakan asas adalah seperti berikut:
Qualification:-
1. Diploma of mechanical or electrical engineering
2. 3-5 years technical experience with the construction machinery, preferable excavator.
3. Troubleshooting and technical knowledge with the hydraulic and electric schematic basis.
4. Product knowledge on the special application for the excavator
5. Computer literate such as Excel, Words, Powerpoint
6. Preferably to have GDL licence
